Merriman's Kapalua

Merriman’s Kapalua, located at the premises of the former Bay Club in the Kapalua Resort, will offer indoor seating as well as outdoor dining options on a ground-floor lanai and upstairs balcony overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

“Local produce and foods are fresh and flavorful. As each of us learns to prefer and shop for foods grown in Hawaii, we help our island economy and promote sustainability,” says Chef Merriman, who also serves as an advocate in Hawaii’s efforts to become more self-sustaining.

PRIVATE CABANA
$10,000. Minimum food and beverage plus $1500 site fee for the lawn. (Max 40 guests with existing tables and chairs or closer to 50 guests with rented tables and chairs). Includes a dedicated staff based on guest count. Tables, chairs, linens, napkins, basic place settings. Custom printed menus.

KAPALUA BAY DECK CEREMONY
$10,000. Site Fee and $10,000. Food and Beverage minimum. Perfect for larger ceremonies. Acoustic music is permitted until 9:30pm. Includes a private bar and ceremony chairs. Included Private Cabana for plated dinner service.

KAPALUA BAY GRASSY WEDDING CEREMONY KNOLL
$1500. – Ceremony lawn and the front lawn nearest the cliffside. Perfect for ceremonies with fewer than 40 guests. Allows for the exclusive use of the location from 10am to 2pm or 3pm to sunset. Acoustic music permitted. Cocktail receptions are allowed with a maximum of 50 guests. A staffing fee of $250 per 10 guests will apply.

EXCLUSIVE BUYOUT
Allows exclusive use of property 3pm to 10pm. Interior Dining Room and Lanai maximum seating of 80 (Covid compliant) with existing chairs and tables. DJ and live music are allowed. Includes ceremony and cocktail reception locations, and dedicated staff based on guest count. Tables, chairs, linens, napkins, lounge furniture, existing area lighting, basic table setting, and custom-printed menus. The maximum capacity is 160 guests.

Site fee of $15,000. (Monday - Thursday) Minimum food and beverage of $25,000.
Site fee of $20,000. Minimum food and beverage of $25,000. (Friday & Saturday) (Not available on Sundays)

DAYTIME BUYOUT
$5000. Minimum food and beverage plus $1500. site fee (Monday - Saturday) – 10am to 2pm. Up to 40 guests. $2500 site fee. Includes ceremony and cocktail reception locations, and dedicated staff based on guest count. Tables, chairs, linens, napkins, lounge furniture, existing area lighting, basic table setting, and custom-printed menus.

22% service fee for all food and beverage. 4% of which covers expenses other than wages and tips of employees
Alcohol is based on consumption.
