The stairs outside eliminate the sounds down below. Four people will enjoy the spacious floor plan, custom private baths, gourmet kitchen and the most amazing views of our neighbor islands enjoying the warmth of the blue Pacific Ocean on their shores.Not that I would want to leave this very private, gated estate but one of our best beach parks is at the foot of Launiopko. If you have never been, it’s a mile long, sandy beach with plenty of sun and trees for shade. Pleanty of parking, picnic tables,restrooms and showers, a perfect spot for a day at the beach. The surf can be fun but my one year old especially appreciates the natural protected sandy bottom pool for the keiki. Four minutes by car, 45 minutes by foot back up the hill to the Ono ohana.If you are not familiar with Lauiniopoko, it is a new subdivision with a minimum of two acre lots that is five minutes south of Lahaina town. The area you will be staying is at the northern edge of the new subdivision. I may have said too much, but this “ohana” has truly knocked my slippers off.
