Ceremony Only Coordination
You may want to book a professional wedding coordinator to help with your ceremony only. Your ceremony-only coordinator will work with your vendors and venue to make sure that your wedding day is a beautiful memory. Your coordinator will provide his or her expertise and organization, so that you may enjoy every special moment of your wedding ceremony to the fullest. We offer a flat-rate fee based on guest count. A Maui Wedding Day charges a flat rate ceremony-only planning and coordination fee:
$3500. (Up to 50 guests)
$3750. (51 to 100 guests)
$3950. (101 to 200 guests)
All payments are made in USD. An administrative fee of 15% applies to each wedding/event. Also, the State of Hawaii requires that we charge a general excise tax of 4.166%. Each additional hour over 3 hours will be billed at $500. per hour. All Services provided on holidays will incur an additional charge. Holidays include, but are not limited to Valentine's Day, Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Day, and New Year's Eve and Day.

On-site wedding coordination for your ceremony to the start of the reception (Up to 3 hours)
Coordinate and manage all vendors contracted by AMWD
Overseeing set up and break down of all vendor services, ensuring correct placement
Set up of all décor such as escort cards, menus, seating charts, favors, cake toppers, cake cutting sets, toasting flutes, table numbers
Greet guests upon arrival
Provide excellent customer service
Directing the wedding processional and recessional
Direct the flow of events based on the agreed timeline
A Maui Wedding Day works with only skilled and carefully selected professional vendors. All vendor services are contracted through AMWD to ensure the quality of goods and services, clean lines of responsibility, and communication to maintain the quality of the event.
