PLANNING PROCESS

All vendor services are contracted through AMWD to ensure the quality of goods and services, clean lines of responsibility, and communication to maintain the quality of the event.

We begin with a detailed and comprehensive consultation to understand your unique vision and how we can help bring your vision to reality. Our goal is to provide an excellent experience and establish the trust and confidence you deserve for having us plan your destination wedding from afar.

SET THE DATE

As you decide which date is best for you, consider vacation dates, school schedules, holidays, available dates for your venue, and the planner of your choice. We'll send you a contract and deposit invoice to secure your date with us.

CHOOSE YOUR LOCATION

Your planner will help you locate and secure your beach location. Once your date is secured, send out your Save The Date cards, as your guests can’t wait to start booking their flights and accommodations!
