MERRIMAN’S RESTAURANT
Merriman’s Kapalua, located at the premises of the former Bay Club in the Kapalua Resort, will offer indoor seating and outdoor dining options on a ground-floor lanai and upstairs balcony overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
“Local produce and foods are fresh and flavorful. As each of us learns to prefer and shop for foods grown in Hawaii, we help our island economy and promote sustainability,” says Chef Merriman, who advocates for Hawaii’s efforts to become more self-sustaining.
PRIVATE CABANA
$7,500. Minimum food and beverage (when not booked with Kapalua Deck) or $10,000 Minimum food and beverage (when booked with Kapalua Deck). Plus, there is a $1500 site fee for the lawn. (Maximum 50 guests). 40 guests with existing tables and chairs or 50 with rented tables and chairs). Includes a dedicated staff based on guest count. Tables, chairs, linens, napkins, essential place settings. Custom printed menus.. Acoustic music is allowed. Events end at 9:30pm
KAPALUA BAY DECK CEREMONY
$10,000. Site Fee and $10,000. Food and Beverage minimum. (Maximum 40 guests). Includes a private bar and ceremony chairs. Includes private cabana, private bar, brown wicker chairs, and high and low cocktail tables with chairs. Acoustic music is allowed. Events end at 9:30pm
KAPALUA BAY LAWN CEREMONY & COCKTAIL RECEPTION
$1500. – The ceremony lawn and the front lawn are nearest the cliffside. Perfect for up to 40 guests. Allows for the exclusive use of the location from 10am to 2pm or 3pm to sunset. Includes 35 white ceremony chairs, cocktail tables, and a private bar. Acoustic music is allowed. Events end at 9:30pm
EXCLUSIVE EVENING BUYOUT
Allows exclusive use of property 3pm to 10pm—Interior Dining Room and Lanai maximum seating of 160 (Covid compliant) with existing chairs and tables. DJ and live music are allowed. Includes ceremony and cocktail reception locations and dedicated staff based on guest count. Tables, chairs, linens, napkins, lounge furniture, existing area lighting, basic table setting, and custom-printed menus. Amplified music allowed. Events end at 10pm
Site fee of $15,000. (Sunday - Thursday) Minimum food and beverage of $25,000.
Site fee of $20,000. Minimum food and beverage of $25,000. (Friday & Saturday) (Not available on Sundays)
DAYTIME BUYOUT
$5000. Minimum food and beverage plus $1500. site fee (Monday - Saturday) – 10am to 2pm. Up to 70 guests. $2500 site fee (Up to 40 guests or $3500 site fee (41-70 guests). Includes ceremony and cocktail reception locations and dedicated staff based on guest count. Tables, chairs, linens, napkins, lounge furniture, existing area lighting, basic table setting, and custom-printed menus.

25% service fee/ gratuity for all food and beverage plus 4.712% tax
Alcohol is based on consumption.
Prices may fluctuate based on specific requests.
AMWD coordination fee does not apply to the site fee for buyouts.
