Haiku Mill provides an inspiring and enchanting backdrop for weddings, engagements, vow renewals, anniversaries, corporate functions, and more. Our pricing is based on the amount of time you would like to rent Haiku Mill for, as well as the day of the week you would like to hold your event.
Site Fee Includes the Following Spaces:
The “Mill”
– the brick and stone structure that holds the majority of the events: ceremonies, dinners, dancing, etc.
The “Cane House”
– a beautiful private lounge filled with shabby chic antiques, perfectly suited for a VIP or Bridal Suite with a private washroom
The “Mango Tree”
– a large mango tree that is strung with bistro lights and an antique chandelier, perfectly suited for cocktail hours and lounge environments.
The “Courtyard”
– a stunning French-inspired open-air courtyard with a farm table available to seat up to 12 people (the table may not be moved from Courtyard without permission, additional fees may apply)
FULL DAY
10am to 10pm (Up to 80 guests) *All music concludes by 9:55pm. Guests must depart the grounds by 10pm Friday/ Saturday $10,500
PARTIAL DAY
10am to 8pm (Up to 80 guests) *All music concludes by 7:55pm. Guests must depart the grounds by 8:00pm – Tuesday to Thursday $8,500
DAYTIME EVENT
3 HRS. SELECTED BETWEEN 10AM - 4:30PM (Up to 80 guests) Monday to Thursday $3,600. The additional time prior to scheduled start time: Additional time billed at $500 per half hour.
DAYTIME EVENT
3 HRS. SELECTED BETWEEN 3PM - 6PM (Up to 80 guests) Monday to Thursday $4,500. The additional time prior to scheduled start time: Additional time billed at $650 per half hour.
ELOPEMENT EVENT
2 HRS. SELECTED BETWEEN 10AM - 12PM or 3PM - 5PM (Up to 10 guests) Monday to Thursday $2,500. (1 hour set up/ 1 hour strike for planners and vendors. No extensions to time. No rigging. No hair and makeup services on site. No hanging florals).
PHOTOSHOOTS
Wedding and Family Portraits – 1.5-hour minimum, including arrival on property and departure, between 10:00am and 4:30pm (Monday to Thursday) Booked less than 4 months prior: $750 per 1.5 hours 4-6 months prior: $1200 per 1.5 hours Additional Time: Billed at $125 per 15-minute increments
Haiku Mill production fee (Full Day or Early Completion site fees)
1 - 20 Guests $350 21 - 40 Guests $700 41 - 60 Guest $950 61 - 100 Guests $1,100
Additional venue related fees
Large Tent: Required for Full Day or Partial Day venue rentals with over 22 guests or if the layout and guest count cannot be accommodated under the glass roof located near the staircase $4,320
Lighting: All lighting is required to be booked and managed by Haiku Mill and may require a tent
Rigging: All rigging requirements are to be pre-approved, booked, and managed by Haiku Mill. This includes lighting, draping, and florals
Outside Vendor Fee: If Haiku Mill approves a vendor not found on its preferred vendor list a fee of $650 per approved vendor will be charged.
Transportation: Parking is limited at the venue and provided to vendors. Chauffeured transportation for guests is required when alcohol is being served or when there are not enough parking spaces to accommodate vendor and guest vehicles.
Covid-19 Fee: Due to the increased amount of administrative tasks and cleaning protocols related to Covid-19, a fee of $500 will be billed to the license ninety (90) days prior to the licensing period for events that will have twenty-one (21) or more guests at the venue including licensee and guests if Covid-19 is still a concern to the State of Hawaii.
Administrative Deposit: Upon signing the venue rental agreement a $500 non-refundable administrative deposit will be due.
All prices are subject to applicable taxes
A valid credit card must be pre-authorized and held on file for up to $1000 in property damage
