Maui Tropical Plantation offers a variety of venue options to fit any style or size of event. The site fees listed allow you to use the space for up to 6 hours on the event day. Additional fees apply for anything over 6 hours (This does not include set up and breakdown. Some sites require the use of a generator for electricity. Portable restrooms may be required (The venue has restrooms located at the center of the property close to some sites). Carpooling or transportation service is recommended for large groups.

Sugar Room $10,000 minimum food and beverage + 20% gratuity + tax

Village Lawn 350. Space adjacent to the Chef’s Table

Tropical Gazebo $750. (Up to 50 guests) Perfect for intimate wedding ceremonies. Rentals, lighting, and electricity are not provided. A generator is required if your event electricity. Portable restrooms are encouraged, but not required.

Royal Palm Lawn $1500. ( Up to 200 guests) Surrounded by magnificent palm trees. Rentals, lighting, and electricity are not provided. A generator is required if your event electricity. Restrooms are located nearby.

Field of Dreams $10,000 (Up to 6000 guests) The largest venue space on the property. Rentals, lighting, and electricity are not provided. A generator is required if your event electricity. Portable restrooms are required.

Restaurant buyout $25,000 minimum food and beverage
